At Zaynna, we guarantee the quality and satisfaction of our customers. All products are covered by a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
How the Warranty Works:

How to Request an Exchange or Refund:

Please provide your order number, reason for the exchange or return, and, if possible, attach photos of the product and the receipt.
Returning the Product:

The product must be returned in the same condition it was received, with all original tags and packaging.

For defective items, Zaynna will cover return shipping costs. For exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Review and Resolution:
Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it to confirm the defect or issue.
If approved, you may choose a replacement item or a refund of your payment.
Refund:

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval of the return.

The amount will be returned using the same payment method used for purchase.
