Returns & Warranty Policy – Zaynna

At Zaynna, we guarantee the quality and satisfaction of our customers. All products are covered by a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

How the Warranty Works:
If your product has a defect within the warranty period, you are entitled to:

  • Product repair

  • Exchange for a new item

  • Refund of the purchase price

How to Request an Exchange or Refund:

Please provide your order number, reason for the exchange or return, and, if possible, attach photos of the product and the receipt.

Returning the Product:

  • The product must be returned in the same condition it was received, with all original tags and packaging.

  • For defective items, Zaynna will cover return shipping costs. For exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Review and Resolution:
Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it to confirm the defect or issue.
If approved, you may choose a replacement item or a refund of your payment.

Refund:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval of the return.

  • The amount will be returned using the same payment method used for purchase.

Important:

  • Timeframe: Requests for exchanges or refunds must be made within 90 days of receiving the product.

  • Product Condition: We cannot accept products showing signs of use, damage, or missing accessories.
